Varnish is available for your private event in our unique art gallery atmosphere where the artwork remains in place.  With exhibits changing approximately every month, the main gallery, wine-soju-beer bar and mezzanine gallery level offer something new for every event. 

We can accommodate up to 150 people.  Please be advised that by law we are unable to admit entrance to anyone under 21 including babies and children, since we host a permanent wine bar.  Everyone who attends your event must be over 21 years of age.  We do not book private events on Fridays.

Private Event rental includes:
Exclusive use of Varnish Fine Art
Varnish wine bar staff
1 hour of set-up for the event prior to guest arrival
Varnish sound system
Microphone if needed
Projection Screen if needed
Catering recommendations available by request

Rates: 

Up to 50 guests:      $300/hour + Bar Guarantee 

51 - 100 guests:      $450/hour + Bar Guarantee 

101 or more guests: $600/hour + Bar Guarantee 

18% Gratuity charged for hosted events

Saturday, Sunday, Monday:  $1,000 Minimum Venue Fee + $1,000 Minimum Bar Guarantee

*Please note that for Wedding Events, 1 additional hour venue fee required.

Bar Guarantee:  
Tuesdays - Thursdays: $10/guest

Saturdays and Holidays: $15/guest

Digital Projector (if needed) = $100.00
